Learning and using Emotional Tapping can make your life go more smoothly in every area. Emotional Tapping is an amazing tool with the ability to clear even decades-old hurts and wounds.

Similar to what it takes to learn anything new, you’ll need to do a little study and practice what you’ve learned.

1.  Argue

Get a kick out of tapping – argue!  Tap giving voice to the reasons for staying stuck and the reasons for changing.  Say the logical and emotional reasons you should do that thing and the reasons you should;t.  Your reasons for hating something and your reasons for loving it.

This tapping technique lets two voices inside you speak.  It can help resolve inner resistance.  Making a decision can be much easier.  Confusion is often replaced with clarity.

2.  Just Tap

Tapping the meridian points helps energize the body, calm emotions and balance thoughts. Additionally, since all the uncleared issues are always running unconsciously, tapping without words helps resolve those issues. 

Any time you think of it, tap.  You don’t need any set-up or words, simply tap.  I can’t imagine an easier way to work on your issue.

3.  Refuse to Change

Inside each of us is a bratty little kid.  Let her be heard!  He has something to say!  Do EFT tapping while refusing to change. 

Say things like this:  I won’t change.  Don’t try to make me.  I won’t do it.  I don’t have to.  You’re not in control of me.  It’s not gonna happen.  Don’t try to tell me what to do.

You might be quite surprised how much better you feel after refusing while tapping.

4.  Tap Your Appreciation

Your vibe can improve, the law of attraction can work better and you can just plain get happier by doing appreciation tapping.  You can tap on all the things you appreciate in your life, the world, your home, your work, the people in your life.  It’s not the thing you appreciate that matters, it’s how you improve your vibe.

5.  Future Tapping

Help create a positive future by starting your tapping phrases with “I’m looking forward to…”  Finish the statement with things you know will happen, expect to happen and things you hope will happen. 

Do this tapping technique a lot and it will help you generally experience more joy, have a more positive vibe which will improve your law of attraction and increase abundance in every area of your life.
